How to order earrings with your own picture

1. Select an image

   • Choose the most accurate and well-lit image possible.

   • The image is cropped into a square – make sure the important part (e.g. the face) is in the middle.

2. Upload an image with your order

   • Please include the image as a file (jpg, png, etc.).

   • You can let us know in the additional information if you want a special limitation or if you have any other requests.

3. We accept and process your image

   • We will check the quality of the image and make minor adjustments and cropping if necessary.

4. Manufacturing & delivery

   • The earrings are made to order in our own production.

   • Delivery time is usually around 3-5 working days from order (slightly longer in high season).

Image quality and cropping

• We recommend the original, unprocessed image whenever possible.

• If the image quality is not good enough, we will contact you before production.

• Small differences in tone between the screen and the finished product may occur due to printing.

Care guide

• Avoid getting your earrings wet and chemicals (perfumes, hairspray).

• Store in a dry place, preferably in its own box.

• Wipe lightly with a dry, soft cloth.
